By booking an appointment with Ivory Bridal Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

• All consultation appointments require prepayment via YOCO link to secure the booking.

• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your consultation fee.

Your Appointment

• We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Punctuality ensures you receive your full consultation time.

• Please limit your accompanying guests to 3 for the Essential Consultation and 6 for the Indulgence Consultation. This is to ensure a focused and comfortable experience.

• We recommend wearing appropriate undergarments for your consultation.

• Photography is permitted only with the consent of Ivory Bridal staff.

Alterations, Purchases & Deposits

• Ivory Bridal provides alteration services; however, the cost of alterations is separate from and in addition to the dress price.

• Dress prices do not include alteration costs.

• All deposits paid to secure a dress are non-refundable.

• All sales are final. Once a dress is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
